FOURTH QUARTER – MISSED WORK WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED AFTER A WEEK OF ITS ORIGINAL ASSIGNED DATE. PLEASE KEEP A PLANNER AND/OR WORK LOG.

EXPECT TO TURN IN HIGH QUALITY 6TH GRADE WORK. ASSIGNMENTS SHOULD BE WRITTEN ON LINED PAPER IN PENCIL OR PEN, NEAT HANDWRITING, AND PROPERLY LABELED. PLEASE EXPECT TO EARN A “0” FOR POOR QUALITY WORK OR EXPECT TO RE-DO IT!

Parents please make sure that your child continues to adhere to the dress code. Some issues we have started to notice are:

- Undershirts must be red, white,

or blue. No other colors allowed.

- Belts are required (Miller’s

Surplus has these for only $2)

- Leggings may be worn but ONLY

if they are white or blue. Shorts/skirts must be

appropriate length, regardless if

leggings are worn.

- Jeans on Friday must be blue

jeans (no other colors allowed)

- Only the first Wednesday of

every month is $1 Dress Down Day

WEDNESDAY Math Test, Study for Science Chapter 10 test.

THURSDAY Study for Vocabulary and Spelling Words., Reading Comprehension for My Friend Flicka. Math – Inverse Operations and Square roots.

FRIDAY - Write a persuasive letter to your 6th grade teacher about why you should chew gum during AIMS (3 paragraphs).
